{"id":17143,"date":"2026-02-09T18:29:20","date_gmt":"2026-02-09T15:29:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stafimy.com\/tr\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=17143"},"modified":"2026-02-10T12:45:14","modified_gmt":"2026-02-10T09:45:14","slug":"ankara-16-knowledge-management-specialist-mhpss-for-syrian-refugees-and-residents-of-host-communities-project-in-turkiye","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/stafimy.com\/ru\/job\/ankara-16-knowledge-management-specialist-mhpss-for-syrian-refugees-and-residents-of-host-communities-project-in-turkiye\/","title":{"rendered":"Knowledge Management Specialist, MHPSS for Syrian Refugees and Residents of Host Communities Project in T\u00fcrkiye"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Title: Knowledge Management Specialist<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com\/easyhrfiles\/8076039GIZ%20T%C3%BCrkiye%20-%20CV%20Template.doc\">\u00a0GIZ T\u00fcrkiye &#8211; CV Template.doc\u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Period of Assignment:<\/strong> as soon as possible<\/span> \u2013 until 31.08.2027<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Ankara<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project:<\/strong> Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) for Syrian Refugees and Residents of Host Communities in T\u00fcrkiye Project<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>A.\u00a0Main Activities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Designs and maintains a consistent and user-oriented knowledge management system on SharePoint ensuring alignment with GIZ corporate KM standards.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates the documentation, version control, and archiving procedures with the team.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates the implementation and further development of the project\u2019s knowledge management and communication plan in cooperation with the team and the communication officer in the country office.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that approaches, experiences, and lessons learned from the project implementation are systematically composed as best practices and methodologies to be benefitted as transferable knowledge products, considering a gender perspective according to the project\u2019s overall orientation on gender- responsive MHPSS services.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures structured documentation through standardised templates, guidelines, or checklists.<\/li>\n<li>Initiates and follows-up regular reflection meetings with the team to evaluate and improve the project\u2019s knowledge management.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates the timely processing of concepts, guidelines, reports, and other knowledge products produced in the project, e.g. translation, proofreading, design, printing, digital processing, with the team, the country office and consultants, incl. preparing ToRs for procurement processes.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates the content development and prepares content for printing, digital, and social media formats, e.g. stories, articles, videos.<\/li>\n<li>Develops dashboards and visualization tools to communicate project progress.<\/li>\n<li>Supports the organisation, incl. logistical preparation of lessons learned workshops, trainings and other events with partners, documents and follows-up the results.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates administrative and procurement related project requirements with the colleagues in the service unit of GIZ-T\u00fcrkiye<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supports the development and quality assurance of technical concepts, guidelines, or ToR in coordination with the responsible MHPSS experts.<\/li>\n<li>Performs other tasks assigned by the supervisor that are consistent with the position\u2019s objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>The brief profile is not intended to provide a full and complete description.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Where appropriate and reasonable, the position holder is willing to perform tasks outside the scope of the job description.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>B.
