Main Activities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide overall assistance in the implementation of project activities in 5 project provinces (mainly Gaziantep, Kahramanmara\u015f, Ad\u0131yaman, Hatay and Malatya) to Project Managers and the Team Leader, supporting the administrative and logistics tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Occasionally attending and travelling to support the event implementation in project provinces.<\/li>\n<li>Collect timesheets from the experts and ensure that the process is coordinated until they are signed by the project team and then ensure that the contractor receives them.<\/li>\n<li>Review the timesheets to ensure that the dates are written correctly, and the explanations align with the specific activities outlined in the Terms of Reference (ToR).<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Office Manager\/Project Managers in preparing monthly financial folders<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Office Manager\/Project Managers in the preparation of the supporting documents for the invoices and the monthly closure of the bank<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that all necessary financial and administrative documentation is prepared in accordance with internal and external audit requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining financial records and documentation in an organized, accurate, and up-to-date manner to facilitate audits and compliance processes. Assisting in financial reporting and ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Office Manager\/Project Managers in preparation of the draft contracts with the NKEs and suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Keeping track of the inventory of the Project goods<\/li>\n<li>\u2060Coordinate the parcels to be sent to the GIZ office in Ankara and other project counterparts, and keep track of the delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Editing and formatting of the Project documents\/outputs, ensuring that they comply with the EU Visibility Rules and follow the same structure.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the organization of printing and shipment of event materials and deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Collection and archiving of proof documents following the implementation of activities.<\/li>\n<li>Attend project activities and follow up documentation of project activities, including archiving attendance lists, photographs, and other relevant proof documents, and reporting the activities.<\/li>\n<li>Translation of the project documents from English to Turkish and vice versa.<\/li>\n<li>\u2060Coordinate office-related matters with the Ankara office, office equipment, and set-up, and IT,<\/li>\n<li>Regularly work on the CRM database of the project, ensuring that every suggested name and contact details are correctly included in the list.<\/li>\n<li>Attend the project meetings and prepare the minutes of management meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other task as required by the Project Managers\/Office Manager and the Team Leader.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support to the communication of the project, on social media posts, and preparation of communication materials.<\/li>\n<li>Where appropriate and reasonable, the position holder is willing to perform tasks outside the scope of the job description.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>B.
