We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused front desk representative to join our team. The front desk representative will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Answer phones and handle incoming and outgoing calls in a courteous and efficient manner<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assist clients with inquiries and requests and provide information about products and services.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Process transactions, including taking payments and issuing receipts.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain accurate records and update client information in the database.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Perform general office tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 1+ years of customer service experience.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.<\/p>\n
