{"id":8866,"date":"2022-11-07T16:23:24","date_gmt":"2022-11-07T13:23:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stafimy.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=8866"},"modified":"2022-12-08T00:14:50","modified_gmt":"2022-12-07T21:14:50","slug":"meal-officer","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/stafimy.com\/ar\/?post_type=job_listing&p=8866","title":{"rendered":"MEAL Officer"},"content":{"rendered":"<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Job Purpose<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Delivers Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) activities to ensure the high quality of IhsanRD\u2019s programs implementation<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure data received from the field is correct, and usable for integration into the central database and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Design of data collection tools and research methodologies and translate these tools and methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>Support the collection and management of data sets, and verify the collected data.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the data collected through the feedback and response mechanism.<\/li>\n<li>Write reports to document MEAL activities.<\/li>\n<li>Design MEAL log frame for projects and follow up with indicators to determine the progress.<\/li>\n<li>Working with the MEAL team in Syria to brief them on upcoming activities, methodologies, and research tools for MEAL activities.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with other departments, especially the programs team, to ensure all potential data collection needs are addressed.<\/li>\n<li>Perform all other tasks and duties per needs and project activities.<\/li>\n<li>Respect and apply all the PSEA principles, and show high commitment to report any SEA action.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0the above-mentioned key responsibilities\/accountabilities are illustrative ones.
